Sophie is passionate about the Internet, raised online—an early adopter of nearly every social media platform dating back to IRC, she can often be found waxing her thoughts on Instagram or making content on TikTok for her 40,000 followers.

When she is not talking about layers of understanding in meme culture (or sharing pictures of her dog, Jacques), you’ll find her sharing about her own interests in modernist literature and artwork, modern translation forms and the intersection of self in social media.
